Ayşe Nil MERTCAN was born in Izmir in 1966. She completed her primary and secondary education in Izmir and her high school education in Izmir Private Turkish High School. In 1983, she graduated from Ege University Faculty of Dentistry.
He graduated in 1997. As of 2010, he has been serving at Private Dokuz Eylül Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic.
